The Norman Lamps LED28MBR-ACDC is a single chip LED miniature lamp engineered as a long-life, low-power replacement for incandescent T3 1/4 bayonet indicator bulbs. Operating on 24-28V AC or DC and drawing only 20mA at 0.50W, this LED produces a bright red output rated at 1000 mcd, making it well suited for panel indicators, annunciator boards, control consoles, and other status-lighting applications where a distinct red signal is required.

The compact tubular T3 1/4 form factor measures 26mm in length by 9mm in diameter and uses a standard BA9S miniature bayonet base for quick drop-in installation into existing sockets. With a 160 degree viewing angle, the LED provides broad visibility from off-axis positions, ensuring the indicator remains clearly readable across a wide field of view. The solid-state single chip LED design generates very little heat, contains no filament to fail from vibration, and delivers a stable red color without the need for a colored lens or filter.

Rated for 50,000 life hours, the LED28MBR-ACDC dramatically reduces maintenance intervals compared with standard incandescent miniature bulbs while cutting power consumption.
