    • Payment processing — Authorize.Net, PayPal, and any other payment option you choose at checkout.
    • Shipping & fulfillment — our shipping‑rating provider (ShipEngine) and carriers such as UPS, USPS, SPEE‑DEE Delivery, FedEx, and DHL.
    • Forms & communications — our online form provider (JotForm).
    • Analytics, advertising & infrastructure — Google (Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager) and Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and Zaraz tag management).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Norman Lamps, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent — in other cases where you direct or permit us to share your information.

Some analytics and advertising technologies may share usage information with providers like Google in ways that could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out of these technologies using the cookie and browser controls described above.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by PCI‑compliant payment providers over encrypted connections. Your full payment card number is handled directly by those providers and is not stored on our servers.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business and order records, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de‑identify it.
