All returns must include an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) provided by Norman Lamps with an assigned RGA #. If a return is received without a valid RGA it will be refused and returned to sender. To obtain an RGA please contact us.

Full refunds will be provided to truly defective merchandise only within 30 days of receipt. Examples include but are not limited to: damaged beyond repair or the product won't turn on. 

All other orders deemed non-defective, within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee with all shipping charges being non-refundable. If you use a pre-paid label and the items are tested to be non-defective; the label postage cost will be deducted from the refund. For low cost orders this may lead to little or no refund. Examples of non-defective merchandise include but are not limited to: color matching, lumen output, dimming capability, product dimensions, tampering, overvolting, product misuse/abuse, light flickering, fitment issues, and incompatibilities with fixtures, dimmers, transformers, ballasts, or specific applications. All claims of issues, defects, or incompatibilities must be verified at a Norman Lamps, Inc. facility before a refund will be provided. Upon arrival, credit will be issued promptly. Please note, US Postal Service shipments are not accepted at our physical address and the shipment will be returned to sender. All returned shipments using the US Postal Service must be delivered to our P.O. Box. Norman Lamps is not responsible for returned shipments sent to an incorrect address. It is highly recommended to insure the returned shipment as refunds will not be offered for lost or damaged items.
