PS-Type bulbs are essentially the larger, more powerful siblings of standard A-Type bulbs. The pear shape gives them a bigger surface area for heat dissipation, which is important when you're pushing the kind of light output these bulbs deliver. We carry PS25 and PS30 sizes here, with the PS25 replacing traditional 200-watt incandescent bulbs and the PS30 stepping in for 300-watt versions. You're getting the same light output on a fraction of the power draw, somewhere in the range of 27 to 36 watts depending on the model.

These are workhorse bulbs for commercial and industrial spaces. You'll find them in high-bay warehouse fixtures, gymnasiums, large retail showrooms, and anywhere with high ceilings where you need serious light output from a single source. Most of them run on 120 to 277 volts, so they work on standard commercial circuits without any special wiring. We offer both E27 medium screw bases and EX39 mogul bases. The mogul base is what you'll typically see in heavy-duty industrial fixtures that were originally designed for high-wattage incandescent or HID lamps.

Color options are straightforward. You can choose between 3000K warm white if you want something that feels a little more comfortable, or 5000K pure white if you need crisp, bright light for task areas and working environments. Either way, you're looking at thousands of hours of service life before replacement, and the energy savings over the original incandescent bulbs add up quickly in a facility with dozens or hundreds of these fixtures running throughout the day.
